Discovery Room - silent tasting for importers/buyers/sommeliers
In the Discovery Room do you, who have no Swedish importer yet, have the chance to show your wine.
Here, importers can calmly look at, smell and taste your wine. If the importer gets interested and wants to be contacted, he fills in a form available onsite. The form will be sent to you after the fair.
We will also produce fact sheets for every wine. (You ´ll be asked to leave information to the fact sheet in the register form.)
The wine will be displayed on a shelf and also in a refrigerated counter for the opportunity to taste. Staff´s in place to refill the wine and make sure that the right people visit the Discovery Room.
Cost to participate in the Discovery Room:
550 SEK ex. VAT / wine.
It ´s mandatory to send us 6 bottles.

Important information regarding alcohol rules:
Mässrestauranger AB has a license to serve alcohol for the entire premises. We therefore have to adhere to the regulations that normally apply for restaurants concerning alcohol.
In order to satisfy official requirements concerning the permissible serving of alcohol during the fairwe will employ the following routines:
This means that you need to fill in a form called ”List of alcohol”: Please fill in which wines you have registered.

Use the stand number C14:49 in the form.
For Mässrestaurangers financial records you are kindly requested to send them an invoice, in the amount of SEK 5,000 excl VAT.

Please fill in the form and send the invoice, to Mässrestauranger, no later than Tuesday 6th of October.
After the fair Mässrestauranger will send you an invoice, in the same amount, for serving services. In this way there are no costs involved, and, there is no exchange of money between the two
companies.
Producers, trade offices and companies without Swedish license to import or wholesale:
Exhibitors that don´t hold a Swedish license to wholesale alcohol must have all alcoholic beverages cleared by Swedish customs. Customs clearance can only be made by a license holding company. The holder of the license must contact Mässrestauranger and go through the procedure described above.(You don´t do that by yourself.)
