Bocuse d’Or Sweden Commis Award

The Bocuse d'Or Sweden Commis Award takes place for the second time at Gastronord, aiming to encourage more young female chefs to compete internationally and highlight career opportunities. The competition will be held at the competition area on Wednesday, April 10.

Young Chef of the Year

In consultation with the international gastronomic society Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, we introduce the competition Young Chef of the Year! The purpose is to highlight the upcoming generations of chefs, and the competition will take place at Gastronord's competition area on Thursday, April 11.

Young Sommelier of the Year

In consultation with the international gastronomic society Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, we introduce the competition Young Sommelier of the Year! The purpose is to highlight the upcoming generations of sommeliers, and the competition will take place at Gastronord's competition area on Wednesday, April 10, and Thursday, April 11.

Glass-SM

Glass-SM is organized by Stockholmsmässan in collaboration with pastry chef Tony Olsson. In this competition, ice cream parlors, pastry shops, and restaurants compete in various categories to determine Sweden's best ice cream master. Glass-SM will be held at Gastronord's competition area on Tuesday, April 9.
