After the pandemic, the demand to meet and see each other again is greater than any other. Doing business digitally when it comes to physical products is not the same as getting to feel and squeeze in reality. Having the opportunity to create an impression of a person in real life to create a business relationship is something that sits in our genes and goes back thousands of years.
We have taken GastroNord 2022 to the next level.
- You come to GastroNord to do business, make contacts and create relationships.
- Unlike previous GastroNord, we have removed activities that have nothing to do with gastronomy.
- Instead, we look at trends and what we eat now, what will we want, need, be able to eat in the future?
- How do we make it sustainable and circular?
- What do we want to experience? What is most important? Good food, good service, nice decor, the view?
On site you will be able to meet about 200 exhibitors who have products and services in food, drink, table setting, digitization, commercial kitchens, furnitures, robots and so much more.
In the front part of the hall we have the beverage exhibitors who have everything from wine, beer, gin, Hard Seltzer, coffee, smoothies etc. After drinks, it is filled with exhibitors who exhibit glass and porcelain, then technical services, food and delicacies, commercial kitchens and machines, indoor and outdoor furniture. In the lower part of the hall we have the competition area and the Bocuse Dór VIP area.
The demands to exhibit at GastroNord 2022 has been steady and the hall is currently booked at about 90%.
Last implemention (2018), there were about 18,000 visitors in three days. These range from purchasing managers, restaurant owners, contractors, the grocery trade, decision makers, journalists, food writers, hotel staff, chefs, bartenders and marketers related to the HoReCa industry. GastroNord is the Nordic region's largest meeting place of its kind with the widest gathering of people and actors who gather every two years here at the Stockholm Fair.
