Vego stage

In recent years, the amount of vegan and vegetarian food in the food magazines, food stores and on people's plates has increased dramatically. 
But is this a trend that will go away or will we rather see a system shift towards another way of eating? What will it mean for Sweden's farmers and food producers, and not least for all of us consumers?

Hosts for the stage are Gustav Johansson and Fredrik Kämpenberg. Several exciting and knowledge-enriching activities will take place on stage. There will most certainly be interesting debates and eye-openers here during the three days of GastroNord.
