Sebastian Gibrand is Sweden's candidate in the Bocuse d'Or 2020/2021. He will train at Gastronomi Sverige's and Team Sweden's stand during GastroNord for the Bocuse d'Or Europe. In 2019 Sebastian Gibrand won silver medal for Sweden in Bocuse d'Or, the world's most prestigious competition for chefs. This time he is set for gold medal, having won Bocuse d'Or Sweden where he was competing against Lindor Wink.

At the stand you will be able to see Sebastian in action in the kitchen and in addition Carlsberg will create a lounge area where they will offer several tastings daily. The tastings are available only by invitation from Gastronomy Sweden or the sponsors of the Team Sweden stand.
