Lyon Garden Brasserie

Gastronomy Sweden and the Swedish Bocuse d'Or Academy together with Mässrestauranger present Lyon Garden Brasserie, with a menu of French brasserie classics. For over 30 years, Swedish Bocuse chefs, sponsors and supporters have come to Lyon for the Bocuse d'Or, also called the Olympic games for chefs. Memories from these trips will reflect the menu under GastroNord.

Lyon Garden Café

Adjacent to Lyon Garden Brasserie, Konditorlandslaget (The Swedish Pastry Team) will host a café. Enjoy a good glass of wine and one of Konditorlandslaget's signature sandwiches or enjoy a dessert almost too pretty to eat.

Svenska Konditorlandslaget is a successful national team and has qualified for the World Cup final three times in a row. Since it was initiated in 2013, the team has won Gold, Silver and Bronze in the European Pastry Cup. Now the team is preparing for participation in the Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie January 24-25, 2021 and the Nordic Championship in Stockholm at the Bakery & Pastry Fair on September 24-25, 2020.
