Order invitations and exhibitor cards

Do you want to invite customers to the fair? Order invitations in EventPlanner! There you also order exhibitor cards for your stand staff.

A very effective way to market your participation is to send out invitations in advance to customers that you want to meet during the exhibition days.

Invite your visitors by ordering invitations completely free of charge (value 240 SEK / pc). You can choose from printed and digital invitations.
The final order date for printed invitations is October 6.

Exhibitor cards

For security reasons and to ensure that all exhibitors can move freely at the event, everyone working in your stand need to carry an exhibitor photo ID card.

Temporary personnel, for example craftsmen only working during installation and dismantling, can pick up a working pass at the Information desk in the Entrance Hall, "Grindstugan" and the gate between B and C Hall.

Each stand is entitled to 1 exhibitor card per 4 sqm stand area or minimum 5 cards/max. 40 cards per stand. Co-exhibitors are entitled to 2 cards/stand. Withdrawal of  exhibitor cards will be charged with 240 SEK / card.

The exhibitor badges are only for use by staff working in the stand. It gives you access to the Hall C, 2 hours before the fair opens and 1 hour after closing time. As these badges allow entrance to the halls during other times than the official ones, the badges must be treated like valuable documents.
