Development of the plantable based kitchen
Plantable Cook-Off is a competition for young chefs, using only plantbased products. More and more people are becoming curious about the plantbased kitchen;the demand for tasty, beautiful and well-composed vegetarian dishes is increasing with each day.
It's now time to invest in the development of the plantbased kitchen and vegocuisine.
Therefore the Vegetarian Chef's Association organizes the plant-based food competition Plantable Cook-off at GastroNord and with this event also put the focus on the increased variety of local products. Competition date will be announced.
