Tasty and effective meetings at GastroNord and Vinordic

When visitors to this year’s large trade fairs for food and wine GastroNord and Vinordic book their tickets, they automatically join the InvitePeople social network. This gives you the option of searching for interesting exhibitors and booking meetings ahead of your fair visit.

April sees the opening of Europe’s largest gastronomic fair GastroNord and the Vinordic wine fair, and culinary fragrances are destined to spread all over the City thanks to GastronomicWeek, when all of Stockholm will literally be simmering with exciting food and drink-related activities. This year’s theme is Tasteful Meetings, but more effective meetings will also be in the spotlight.

“We will have a digital online system called InvitePeople. This allows you to book all your meetings in advance before you get to the fair and also gives you an at-a-glance overview of the visitors and exhibitors who will be coming. You also have the option of searching for visitors and communicating with each other,” explains Project Manager Daniel Fritzdorf.

There are 21 meeting rooms on the fair site that can be booked directly via the InvitePeople function.
“I think this kind of network will be absolutely essential for all trade fairs from now on and I’m really thrilled to be in a position now to offer this to our GastroNord and Vinordic visitors and exhibitors,” Daniel Fritzdorf says.
