Take this opportunity to make contact with the press and potentially get publicity in connection with your fair participation. The press service of Stockholmsmässan includes passing on exhibitors' press materials to invited journalists from press, radio and television. Exhibitors are encouraged to send in their press material before the start of the exhibition or hand it in to our Press Centre during move-in.
Suggestions for contents in the press kit:
Press release outlining the novelties at the fair: products, services, equipment, new trends etc. Keep it short and highlight what is new and interesting. Finish off with a short company description, contact details and stand number.
Photographs on a CD or paper copies in colour with a descriptive caption.
Fact sheet.
Please state your stand number and contact person for further press information. Do not just send us your company brochure - this is not considered press material!
Please inform us of any novelties presented at the fair, product launches or other activities on your stand. If you are planning your own press event, please notify us of the time and place so that press activities do not clash.
