Invite your customers for efficient meetings!
You have received an e-mail with information how to distribute admission tickets among your customers. Here you will find the information as well!
As an exhibitor, you can send a link to people you want to invite to GastroNord so they can register free of charge.
People to whom you have sent the link simply click on it, fill in their details and print out their name tag (which is their admission ticket) and bring it along to the trade fair.
There are two alternatives:
1. You invite your customers with free admission for them. This is worth 240 SEK including VAT. You pay just 96 SEK excluding VAT/each for tickets that are used. The maximum charge afterwards will be 10,000 SEK excluding VAT, which is the equivalent of 104 used tickets.
2. You invite your customers with a 50% discount on the admission price. The admission price will then be 120 SEK including VAT (96 SEK excluding VAT) which is paid by the customer.
Free entrance are for trade visitors only.
Others, for example members of wine clubs, are invited with 50% discount on the admission price.
You can of course order two links, one of each, if you so wish.
NB! It is very important that you inform the customers you invite, that they have to fill in their details and print out their name tag before they arrive to the fair. At Stockholmsmässan you can buy full price tickets only.
Please order your link and specify which alternative you have chosen by e-mailing to gastronord@stockholmsmassan.se
Don´t forget to write your company name, name of contact person and an e-mailaddress, to which the link will be sent to.
