Goods that has not been picked up
Goods left in the hall, once the official dismantling time is over, are moved to a storage at the expanse of the exhibitor. Goods which are not fetched within 5 days after the end of the official dismantling time are moved at the expense of the exhibitor to a place outside the fair area.
Empty packaging
Empty packaging must be ready and labelled by the exhibitor with the labels provided for the purpose latest 16.00 hours on the last building up day. Empty packaging must be packed for forklift handling. Empty packaging is not accessible during the ongoing fair. Stockholm International Fairs is not responsible for goods which have been left in empty packaging.
Goods transportation during the fair
During the ongoing exhibition goods transportation may only occur 1 hour before the fair opens.
Own vehicles and machines
It is forbidden to drive your own vehicles and cars inside the fair premises. Work machines may be driven into the halls only after special permission has been granted. Always park your vechicles in the designated place. Please note that parking is not allowed in front of gates, doors or ramps and that the idling-speed ban applies to the loading bays.
Keep the aisles free
Do not place anything in the aisles outside your stand. If you do this, you will block the way for other transport. Stockholm international Fairs has the right to store all packaging which remains in the aisles after 16.00 hours the night before the trade fair opens at the expense of the exhibitor.
